The boxing for fitness course is easy to follow and very helpful in showing me the correct way to hold boxing pads. The videos' techniques help remove unnecessary injury risks and are simple for all levels of experience. The people I train are now comfortable holding pads and it helps remove the fear beginners have when doing it for the first time. I would recommend this to personal trainers who are looking to upskill and teach boxing for fitness the right way.
